This is a question that clients often ask of their solicitor and one they rarely receive an answer to!
Our approach is very different.
Our advice is based upon what we would do, if we were in our client's position and facing the risks they face.
That advice is based upon our experience, expertise and ability.
Corporate and Commercial Transactions
We act for clients who are buying or selling shares in a company, an interest in a partnership or the assets of any business.
Our skills and insight enable us to become involved in the negotiations involved in transactions of this type, both at their inception and throughout.
Corporate and Commercial Documents
We advise clients on that required to regulate their internal relationships, for example, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and employment contracts, and relationships with third parties, for example, terms and conditions, supply contracts and consultancy agreements.
When acting on behalf of clients in matters of this nature we negotiate on their behalf and deliver the drafting of legal documentation to a standard that will withstand scrutiny at the highest level.
Dispute Resolution
Advising on corporate and commercial relationships provides clients with our insight and expertise on what to do when those relationships, whether internal or external, break down, an insight that, when coupled with our tenacity and robust approach, assures a satisfactory conclusion.
Fees for work on corporate and commercial transactions of £1 million or more in value are based upon a percentage of their value, depending on the complexity of the transaction.
